FAQs

  • All booking can be made through the ‘book now’ button. All bookings will require a 50% non-refundable deposit which will be deducted from your final bill. The remaining balance can be paid by cash or card.

    If you need to reschedule or cancel, please use the online booking system or get in touch 48 hours before your appointment.

  • Any cancellations made less than 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in a loss of your deposit. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or 'no show' you will be expected to pay the remaining 50% of your appointment cost. No new bookings will be taken for any appointments until this is paid.

    Roshni has the right to refuse service to anyone.

  • Treatments that are booked outside of our working hours there will be an additional 20% added to your treatment cost. In order to book just send Roshni a DM, this will be at a first come, first service basis.

  • Any amendments to your appointment must be made 48 hours before, this can be done via Whatsapp, email or DM. These will not always be guaranteed due to time constraints but Roshni will do her best to accommodate you.

    If you amend your service on the day of your appointment, you will be charged the full appointment fee for the service that was originally booked. (e.g. If you are booked in for detailed nail art but decide to choose a plain colour instead, you will still be charged for the detailed nail art service as the time has been allotted to you).

  • Roshni does not remove acrylic nails or hard gel, if you have these, please ensure it is removed before your appointment.

    Roshni does not work over other tech’s work, so please make sure to come with product free nails.

    We don’t expect you to need a fix, but if you find you do, Roshni has a five-day free fix policy. This can be booked through the app/wesbite.

  • Running late? We get it, life happens, but we do ask that you give Roshni a call if you are running behind schedule. Roshni has a 10-minute grace period for all appointments, any later and we cannot guarantee your service. There will be a £5 late fee added to your bill if you are over 10 minutes late and your treatment is still able to go ahead.

    If you are more than 15 minutes late, there may not be time to carry out the full service (if any at all) and you will be charged the full amount.

  • Gift cards are available to buy via our booking app. Gift cards are valid for 6 months from date of purchase and are valid for online booking.

    Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, they are non-transferable and resale is prohibited.
